If you are renting one of our residential suites or rooms, we have a special discounted room rate for your overnight guests. We also extend this courtesy to the restaurant and bar, if you have family or friends visiting, they will pay the same price for meals as residents.

WE ARE OFFERING SPECIAL RATES DURING OUR FINAL CONSTRUCTION PERIOD
Our rates are very competitive and we have a limited number of rooms available. We suggest you respond quickly if you are interested in renting one of our long term rental suites. As we finish construction on each unit, they are usually leased within a few days.

The only utility you pay is the Electric. All residential suites have separate meters and you will be billed at the end of each month for the previous months electric usage. Your electric bill is due by the 15th of each month. A security deposit equal to one month rent is due for all residential suites the day you move-in . This is fully refundable at the end of your lease if there is no damage to the unit or the furnishings. We ask for a written notification 30 days before your lease expires to provide us time to list your unit as being available. If you do not give written notice, we reserve the right withhold your security deposit. |
