The Marlin open kitchen serves up a wide range of standard western
staples and local Filipino favorites. Our menu changes frequently
according to availability of ingredients - we will only serve the
freshest of foods - but some items remain available all the time:
- Salads
- Curries
- Burgers
- Breakfasts
- Chops
- Sandwiches
- Chili
- Pastas
And of course we specialize in great seafood - namely, what has
come out of the surrounding waters within the past day. The only way
you're going to be sure of fresher fish than that is to hop aboard the
Bluesky and go out
and catch your own!

The bar
Marlin's bar boasts over 7,400 different kinds of beer
from all over the world - 80% of which are available on tap -
and every brand of hard liquor currently produced anywhere.
A bit of an exaggeration, yes, but we do have a decent
selection of beers and ales, likewise the more popular brands
of liquor and a good selection of juices and soft drinks. Fact
is, San Mig is one of the world's most popular beers and
probably the Philippines' number one export product - next to
nannies, of course - so we're obliged to reserve a lot of
space for it.
