Our Accommodations
Seaside Residential Suites
Marlin Beach Lodge offers a total of 7 Beach Suites, each with a sea-view, and only a few steps from Cebu Bay. We currently have five Seaside Suites finished. Two are already rented, and we have three available for a new tenant. Our Residential Suites are functional and practical.
Each Beach Suite has a 20m² Veranda, perfect for a quiet breakfast, a leisurely lunch, or a private dinner. If you are an early riser, you can sit on your Veranda, have a cup of coffee or sip a cup of tea, and watch the breathtaking sunrises that greet each day over Cebu Bay, and if you are not really a morning person, you can relax with a nice cold beverage as the sun sets in the east and reflects its splender over Cebu Bay.
Our Residential Suites are reserved for Long Term Guests.
The Minimum Rental Period is One Month.

We will have two more Seaside Suites available by May 1st, and they will be the last two available for rent. If you are interested in renting one of our Seaside Suites, we suggest you put a deposit down to secure your Suite. Also, by reserving your Seaside Suite now, you can take advantage of our Special Construction Rate.
Courtyard Rooms
We have a total of 6 Courtyard Rooms. Three units are finished, two are available for long term residents or overnight guests, and one unit is occupied with a long term resident. These rooms are perfect for someone on a fixed income or a limited budget.
We also have one Large Studio that faces the Courtyard, and it is ready to occupy, all we need to do is furnish the unit.
And if you want to watch the Sunrise over Cebu Bay or have a refreshing drink as the Sun goes down, you can grab a nice table in the restaurant or a bar stool and enjoy the sound of crashing waves upon Marlin Beach. We also offer special room rates for residents living at the lodge that have overnight guests.
Our Courtyard Rooms are available for Overnight Guests.
They are also great for a Single Person or a Couple seeking a Long Term Rental. †
